1. Same Day Shipping:

Orders placed by 12 PM (noon) Central time qualify for same-day shipping. This ensures quick delivery to meet your pressing needs.

2. Order Verification:

Review your order confirmation email promptly. Notify our customer service of any changes before the 12 PM deadline to ensure accuracy for same-day shipping or pickup.

3. Shipping Options:

Select from various shipping methods at checkout to fit your timeline and budget. Expedited options are available for urgent deliveries.

4. Address Accuracy:

Confirm your shipping address is complete, including any suite or apartment numbers, to prevent delivery delays.

5. In-Store Pickup Option:

For local customers, we offer an in-store pickup option. Choose 'Pickup' at checkout and your order will be ready by 3 PM on the same day for orders placed before the cutoff time of 12 PM. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation for pickup.

6. Packaging:
